Check each item before and during your next tournament:
Before: 7-8 hours of sleep the night before
Before: Real meal before play begins — not casino food
Before: Arrived 15 minutes early — no rushing
During: Water at the table throughout the session
During: Stand and walk on every break
During: After a bad beat — 3 slow breaths before the next hand
During: Judging decisions, not results
During: No alcohol during play
